Booking & Retainer Policy
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until both have been received.
Final Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Services and rentals will not be provided until payment has been received in full.
Rental Responsibility Policy
Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items during the rental period. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Setup & Access Policy
Clients must ensure the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon setup time. Delays in venue access may result in adjustments to the setup schedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
